Payment & Deposit Policy

All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. A deposit invoice will be sent via email once your design has been approved.

​

Your deposit helps cover materials, design preparation, and the time involved in creating your custom piece. Production will not begin until the deposit has been received.

​

Once your order is complete, we will send photos of the finished piece along with your final balance invoice. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment, delivery, pickup, or installation.

Once payment is complete, a paid receipt will be emailed to you.

​

Please note: Because each piece is custom-made specifically for you and cannot be resold and takes alot of time, customized items are non-refundable. However, we value your satisfavtio, all questions or concerns will be handled through our email.

We accept PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash. Credit card transactions are subject to a 4% processing fee.

Our Custom Order Process

​

STEP 1 — Request a Quote
Contact KnillCraft Designs with information about your project, including your desired size, wording, style, and any inspiration photos or ideas.

STEP 2 — Design & Estimate
We’ll work with you to create a design and make reasonable revisions until we have a design you’re happy with. 

​

STEP 3 — Deposit
Once you approve the design and estimate, we’ll send a non-refundable deposit invoice to officially begin your order.

​

STEP 4 — Production Begins
Once your deposit is received, your project gets the green light. We’ll order any necessary materials and begin production.

​

STEP 5 — Final Approval
When your piece is complete, we’ll send photos of the finished project along with your final balance invoice.

​

STEP 6 — Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped, delivered, installed, or picked up.

STEP 7 — Receipt
Once your order has been paid in full, a final paid receipt will be emailed to you.
